What if there is an issue with the property during the rental period?
All our plans include incident management, so you can enjoy peace of mind without receiving calls or emails from tenants. They won’t even have your contact details.
If any issue arises, the tenant will contact us, and we’ll take care of everything. We coordinate with contractors, insurance companies, and the homeowners’ association if needed. Do I need to get insurance to rent out my property?
