Quiero destacar y agradecer la profesionalidad y rapidez de la inmobiliaria a la hora de gestionar cualquier incidencia. Hace aproximadamente una semana tuve un problema con el ventilador de techo de una de las habitaciones del piso. En cuanto me puse en contacto con la inmobiliaria, se preocuparon inmediatamente por mi situación y gestionaron el problema con el propietario con una rapidez y un interés que realmente quiero destacar. Al día siguiente vino el técnico del seguro enviado por el propietario para revisar el problema y, después de comprobarlo, el propietario no dudó en ningún momento en buscar una solución y decidió sustituir el ventilador por uno nuevo. Hoy mismo ya ha venido el técnico a instalarlo y todo ha quedado perfecto. Estoy encantada con la atención recibida y, sobre todo, con la profesionalidad, rapidez y compromiso de la inmobiliaria. Da mucha tranquilidad saber que, ante cualquier problema, hay personas que responden de manera tan eficaz y cercana. Sin duda, estoy muy contenta con la gestión y con el trato recibido. Nos gestionan desde 2022 un apartamento y un piso en Madrid. Como en toda relacion, surgen desencuentros, unos se resuelven , y otros no son tan graves como para pedir el divorcio. Se agradece el espiritu y el interés en resolver aquellos que son necesario arreglar. El cuidado con los inquilinos. El trato. Contentos desde hace cuatro años. Y un hijo también les ha confiado el alquiler de un piso.
