Frequently asked questions about the Rentuos Referral Plan: rewards and how to participate

Who can participate in the Rentuos Referral Plan?

Any current Rentuos client, whether you are a landlord or a tenant in one of our flats.

What reward do I get if I recommend Rentuos?

For each friend who rents out their flat with Rentuos, you receive:

    • €300 if the flat is vacant and we find a tenant for it.
    • €150 if the flat is already rented and your friend hires us to manage it.

In addition, your friend gets 3 months of free management.

When will I receive my reward?

As soon as we settle the new landlord’s first monthly payment.

What does my friend have to do for us both to receive the reward?

Your friend just needs to complete the form or use the link you share. Once their flat is rented through Rentuos, we activate the reward for both of you.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can invite?

There is no limit on friends. The more landlords you recommend, the more rewards you can earn. Just make sure none of them have contacted Rentuos before.

What if I'm not a Rentuos client?

In that case you cannot take part. The Referral Plan is only for landlords who already rent with Rentuos or tenants in one of our flats.

What if my friend was already in touch with Rentuos?

In that case, we will not be able to apply the reward. The Referral Plan only applies to new landlords who come recommended by you.

How can I share my invitation?

You can fill in the form with your details and your friend’s, or simply share the link via WhatsApp or email.
