* No limit on friends. No need to be a Rentuos client as long as the new client’s first contact with Rentuos was made by the referring friend. Receive €150 if the flat is vacant, €100 if the flat is already rented. This reward is given for each new client for rentals exceeding €600/month.

How does our Referral Plan work?

Find a property owner who has a flat for rent and is not yet a Rentuos client. Are you a tenant? You can invite your current or past landlord!

Complete the form below or invite your friend to fill it out. You only need to provide the details of the referrer and the guest so we know they are coming from you.

Once your friend rents their flat with Rentuos, both of you will receive your reward.

    Who can participate in the Rentuos Referral Plan?

    Anyone who knows a property owner with a flat for rent. You don’t need to be a Rentuos client: you can invite your current landlord, a previous one, or any owner who does not yet manage their property with us.

    What reward do I get if I recommend Rentuos?

    For every friend who rents their flat with Rentuos, you will receive up to €150 (in three monthly payments) and your friend will enjoy 3 months of free management.

    When will I receive my reward?

    The first payment is made when the new owner’s first monthly rent is settled. The next two arrive in the following months.

    What does my friend have to do for us both to receive the prize?

    Your friend just needs to complete the form or use the link you share. Once their flat is rented through Rentuos, we activate the reward for both of you.

    Is there a limit to the number of friends I can invite?

    There is no limit on friends. The more owners you recommend, the more rewards you can earn. Just make sure none of them have contacted Rentuos before.

    What if I am already a Rentuos client?

    Perfect, you can also participate. Invite other owners and accumulate rewards every time one of them rents their flat with us.

    What if my friend was already in contact with Rentuos?

    In that case, we will not be able to apply the reward. The Referral Plan only applies to new owners who come recommended through you.
